Junior Scientist

Junior Scientist is a series of science for the students of classes 6 to 8 has been designed that conforms to the vision of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. We have incorporated the series with a perfect blend of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which encompass economic, social and environment dimensions. This series strives to implement the key recommendations of the 21st Century Skills (4 C’s)— Communication, Creativity, Critical thinking and Collaboration by covering the core STEAM subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths.

  • Fast Fact provides some interesting facts related to the topic. These facts are accurate and have an extra spark of inspiration.
  • Answer Time contains questions to test what students have learnt on regular basis.
  • Activity Time is added inside the chapters to gain knowledge through playful activities.
  • Key Terms help in explaining the key words of the chapter.
  • Recap Time includes a brief summary of the chapter in the form of important points.
  • Reflection Time includes objective as well as subjective questions as challenges for the students to retain and recall the concepts which they have studied. BEING SCIENTIST covers scientific aptitude questions related to children’s real- life situations which enriches learning in an interesting way followed with project or report working activities.
  • Project Based Learning is an extended learning which involves students actively by engaging them in real-world and personally meaningful projects. It encompasses STEAM environment besides giving opportunities to do the tasks on their own.
